2014 Rep Tryouts Announced

*all hopefuls must arrive at the Registration Table 30 mins prior to Tryout Time*

Tuesday September 2 6pm @ McLean Park

  • U8 - Mite Select

Wednesday September 3 6pm @ McLean Park

  • U10- Super Mites
  • U12B
  • U14B
  • U16B
  • U18B

Saturday, September 6th and  Sunday, September 7th @McLean Park.

  • U12B & U14B at 9am
  • U16B & U18B at 11am
  • U21B at 1pm

 

*Concession will be open, come hungry*

Uniform Return

Uniforms & Team Equipment will be collected on Monday July 21 & Wednesday July 23 from 6-8pm.

Your uniform should be returned washed- in the condition it was received.

If you cannot make this drop off period- please contact your coach or a teammate to drop it off on your behalf.                                                                                                                                                      If having someone drop it off on your behalf please ensure that it is in a bag clearly labelled with your child’s Full Name & Team.

 

Drop Off Location Softball Shack- Port Coquitlam Ice Arena                                                                                                           (Kingsway Side of the Green Rink)                                                                                                   Monday July 21 or Wednesday July 23 from 6-8pm

 

*Uniform Deposit Cheques will be returned on the spot  to those families who have fulfilled their 2014 Registration Requirements or destroyed*

(paid Registration Fees, Volunteered 4 hours of League time & Returned their uniform in the condition in which it was received)

2014 Annual General Meeting

The date has been set for the 2014 Annual General Meeting.

All Individuals who are parents or guardians of Registered Players and who are interested in the general work of the Association as well as All coaches, managers, umpires, scorekeepers and other authorized game officials who are current members in good standing are welcome to vote at the AGM on Tuesday, September 23 from 7-9pm

The order of business at the annual general meeting shall be:

  • a. Reading of the minutes of the last general meeting,
  • b. President’s Remarks,
  • c. Correspondence,
  • d. Committee Reports,
  • e. Treasurer’s Report,
  • f. Amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws,
  • g. General Business,
  • h. Election of Officers,
  • i. New Business,
  • j. Adjournment.

Sign-in begins at 6:45

Please plan to arrive prior to 7pm if you would like to be eligible to vote.
