Softball BC's Volunteer and Staff Screening Policy requires coaches, managers, and certain executive members to have a Criminal Records Check (CRC) clearance on file with the association. CRCs are valid for a period of three years. This Screening Disclosure Form is required for years two and three when a CRC is not required. Notwithstanding this, the PCMSA Screening Officer may request that an individual provide a new CRC sooner than the three year expiry. Such request will be in writing and will provide the reasons for such a request.
