PCMSA is looking for people interested in umpiring this season! Umpiring is a lot of fun, helps improve your knowledge of the game, teaching communication skills and develop quick decision-making skill during fast-paced games. Umpires enforce all rules and regulations of the game to ensure the safety of all players, facilitate a friendly, respectful, sportsmanlike environment, that allows players to have fun.

Umpiring is a great part-time job for players, students, parents, or anyone who enjoys the game!

Some general information:

• The minimum age requirement is 12 years old
• Umpires over 18 must complete a criminal record check
• There is a course that is mandatory, however PCMSA will reimburse you after you complete a certain number of games
• Games are generally Monday thru Thursday, and there are a number of tournaments on weekends
